S. L. Agrawal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1985. He has a post qualification experience of more than 25 Years. He is involved with Statutory & Tax Audit of clients. He also specializes in Indirect Taxes-Excise, Custom & FERA.

MR. V. N. AGRAWAL [B.Com, FCA]

Vishwanath Agarwal brings with him a past experience of more than 35 years. He was earlier engaged in his personal practice & is presently looking after the Company Law Department of the firm.

MR. SATISH JAIN [B.Com, FCA]

Satish passed his Bachelors of Commerce from Bombay University in first division. He has done his article ship with M/s. S. B. Ballimoria & Co., the then member of M/s. Ernst & Young International USA.

Satish has a post qualification experience of more than 10 years with specialization in System Analysis, Management & System Audit, Project Financing, Loan Syndication and Investment Analysis.

He is also a member of Institute of Internal Auditor – India , The Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI), Indian Merchant Chamber, Bombay Management Association, etc.

MS. BHAVANA GUJAR [B.Com, ACA, DISA]

She is the new breed of professional who has joined the firm in January 2005 and has been instrumental in conducting internal audits. Bhavana has also cleared DISA a course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants India related to computer environment audits.

MR. BINEET BAGARIA [B.Com, FCA]

Bineet is the in charge of the Guwahati Branch. The latest addition in the asset of the firm, he brings with him experience in the area of Financial Management, Project Consultancy & Due Diligence.The firm works as an integrated unit.
